Friends of I-5 CID non-profit is on a mission is to create Chinatown International District consensus around the health and safety emergency, as well as a shared plan for saving the city of Seattle’s most exceptional cultural spaces. Please join us by contributing your experience, voice or vision and help revitalize the CID.
We acknowledge that we are on the traditional land of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe, resisting the erasure of Indigenous histories and working towards honoring the truth.
Changing the landscape of the I-5 underpass is possible. It’s been accomplished before and it will be again. SiteWorkshop is the design team leading the schematic with the support of the Friends of I-5 CID steering committee.
